1. General Refund Terms

For all subscriptions and one-time purchases:

• Digital Products Nature: As aiLangBuddy provides immediate access to digital content, all sales are typically final.
• Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions anytime, but this doesn’t qualify for a refund of already paid amounts.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Subscription Refunds

For monthly/annual subscriptions processed through RazorPay or other payment gateways:

• Free Trial Period: If you cancel during a free trial, no charges will be applied.
• First 7 Days: Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial purchase (excluding discounted/annual plans).
• After 7 Days: Pro-rated refunds may be considered for technical issues we cannot resolve within 72 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot grant refunds for:

• Partial usage of the subscription period
• Change of mind after 7 days
• Discounts or promotional purchases marked “non-refundable”
• Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account termination
• Failure to meet system requirements (detailed during signup)

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

   • Your registered email address
   • Order/payment reference number
   • Reason for refund request
2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps
3. You may need to provide additional details for verification

5. Indian Legal Compliance

This policy complies with:

• Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (for digital goods)
• RBI guidelines for digital payments
• RazorPay merchant refund policies

For disputes, you may contact the Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

6. Technical Issues Resolution

Before requesting a refund for technical reasons:

• Contact our support team for troubleshooting
• Allow us 72 hours to resolve the issue
• Provide screenshots/videos of the problem
