The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our intellectual property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register to use the full features of aiLangBuddy. You agree to keep your password confidential, be responsible for all activities under your account, and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods for aiLangBuddy subscriptions: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Razorpay.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for subscription renewals.

6. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your aiLangBuddy subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at contact.tripleninelabs@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use aiLangBuddy to:

• Create or distribute harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Bypass security features or access restricted areas
• Use AI outputs for commercial purposes without permission
• Generate spam, malware, or phishing content
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or bully other users
• Automate queries through scripts or bots
• Overload our systems with excessive requests
• Use outputs to train competing AI models

8. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

aiLangBuddy may allow you to submit language practice exercises, chat interactions with AI, and feedback. By submitting content, you warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify your contributions to improve aiLangBuddy’s services and develop new features.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA

You may connect your aiLangBuddy account with third-party services like Google. By doing so, you authorize us to access certain information from these accounts, which we will handle per our Privacy Policy.

11. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

aiLangBuddy may contain links to third-party resources. We do not control or endorse these external resources and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor for violations, take legal action against violators, refuse or restrict access to abusive users, remove excessive content, and manage Services to protect our rights.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of aiLangBuddy is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

If you believe content on aiLangBuddy infringes your copyright, submit a written notice including your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, location of infringing material, statement of good faith belief, and verification under penalty of perjury. 15. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective while you use aiLangBuddy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, take appropriate legal action, and discontinue Services to any user.

16. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We may modify or discontinue features at any time, experience service interruptions for maintenance, and shall not be liable for any modifications or downtime.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, then referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation, then binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

19. CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on aiLangBuddy without prior notice.

20. DISCLAIMER

AI LANGBUDDY IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OF LANGUAGE TRANSLATIONS OR SUGGESTIONS, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, SECURITY OF YOUR DATA, OR RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICE.

21. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT, OR ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS.

22. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of aiLangBuddy, your violation of these Terms, your content or conduct, or any harm caused to third parties.

23. USER DATA

We will maintain certain data you transmit through aiLangBuddy for service operation and improvement, analytics, and personalization. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

24. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using aiLangBuddy, you consent to electronic communications, electronic contract formation, and electronic records of transactions.

25. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TripleNine Labs regarding aiLangBuddy. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
